Legal notices and terms governing the use of the Danguage platform

    Last updated: July 2026

    Legal Notices

The Danguage platform and the danguage.com website are operated by Danguage, headquartered at 2305, rue de l'Université, Bureau 1250, Université Laval, Québec (Québec), Canada. For any question regarding these terms, contact us at hello@danguage.com.

    Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Danguage platform or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you access the platform on behalf of an organization under a service agreement, order form, or pilot agreement between that organization and Danguage, the terms of that agreement prevail over these terms in case of conflict

    Description of the Service

Danguage provides an AI-powered professional integration platform for enterprises and organizations. The service includes immersive voice simulations built from the client organization's protocols and terminology, automated feedback, readiness assessments, and HR dashboards. The scope of each deployment, including the number of licenses and pilot conditions, is defined in the applicable commercial agreement

    Accounts and Authorized Users

Access to the platform is granted to users authorized by a client organization. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the activity carried out under their account. The client organization is responsible for designating its authorized users and informing Danguage of any required access changes

    Client Data

Documents, protocols, lexicons, and other materials provided by a client organization remain the property of that organization. Danguage uses them solely to configure and deliver the service for that organization, in accordance with the applicable agreement and our Privacy Policy

    Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended professional training function. It is prohibited to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, extract the platform's models or software, resell access without authorization, or use the service to process content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights

    Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, AI models, simulation scenarios, interfaces, and documentation are the property of Danguage or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to the client other than the limited right of use granted in the applicable agreement

    Fees and Payment

Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules for corporate licenses and pilot programs are set out in the applicable order form or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days

    Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it applies to its own confidential information, and to use it only for the performance of the agreement

    Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided with commercially reasonable care. AI-generated assessments and feedback are decision-support tools and do not replace the judgment of the client organization, particularly for safety-critical or employment decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danguage's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and Danguage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

    Termination

Either party may terminate the applicable agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, access to the platform ceases and client data is returned or destroyed in accordance with the agreement and our data retention practices

    Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Québec
